Yap is well known as the world's leading destination for diving with manta rays, and it is also home to a fascinating and intact Micronesian culture. Many of the local people still dress in their traditional manner day to day, and the unique discs of stone money are found along the footpaths connecting villages.
This seven-night package is planned as a perfect complement to our Palau liveaboard, March 18-25, 2024.

Contact us for assistance with making your reservations through Guam via Honolulu, Tokyo, Osaka, Shanghai, or Truk (Chuuk) to Yap on United Airlines. You can begin travel from most North American cities on Friday, March 8. You'll connect in Guam on Saturday evening and arrive on Yap early Sunday morning (one day later due to the International Date Line) at 1:10 am on UA 185. Your key and bed will be ready for you on arrival with no check-in formalities.

This dive resort vacation is scheduled to dovetail perfectly with our Palau liveaboard the following week, March 18-25, 2024. Departing Yap at 2:35 am on the morning of March 17 on UA 186, you'll arrive on Guam just over an hour later. We've included a hotel upon arrival for your comfort and convenience, and you'll continue on to Palau the evening of March 17 on UA 157. This gives you a day on Guam to explore, visit WW II historical sites, or just lounge on the beach or at the pool.
If you aren't joining us in Palau, plan to depart early on the morning of March 17 for Guam and home from there.
