Join UnderseaX on our twelfth gay scuba expedition to mind-blowing Palau, home of drift diving with reef hooks and the extraordinary hold-on-to-your mask Blue Corner. An exotic former U.S. Trust Territory rich in Micronesian culture and WWII history, Palau offers electric diving with magnificent walls and drop offs, huge sea fans, and lots of underwater action.

We plan to dive all of our favorite sites from past trips: Blue Corner, Ulong Channel, Big Dropoff, Siaes Corner and lots more. An optional land tour will be available at Peleliu, and on Saturday afternoon we can walk through town, buy storyboards at the jail, and visit the Ethnic Center.

This is a joint trip with our friends at Scubameat, so you can expect a diverse group of not just gay men, but also plenty of women and even a few friends and family. Everyone is welcome.

See why Palau is considered one of the world's top diving destinations and why we keep going back!

Package includes:

  • Seven nights on board the Rock Islands Aggressor in deluxe cabins, double occupancy
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, except final night at restaurant in town
  • All beverages (non-alcoholic and local alcoholic)
  • Five and a half days of diving: four dives each day, with three additional night dives
  • Diving from a tender from the mother ship for ease, comfort and safety
  • Tanks, weights and weightbelts
  • Excursion to the famed "Jellyfish Lake" - bring sturdy footwear!
  • Airport transfers on day of embarkation and disembarkation
Not included in Package:
Airfare, rental gear, tips, items of a personal nature, final night dinner in Koror, port fee of $240 payable on board. Government fees subject to change.

Who should go:
Intermediate divers (at least 25 logged dives) and advanced divers are welcome on this expedition. Beginning divers will find strong currents, drift diving, and blue-water safety stops challenging.

Air connections to Koror, Palau (ROR) and the rest of Micronesia including Chuuk (Truk Lagoon) are provided through United Airlines. Unfortunately, the United website does not currently show their own flight options for Palau for sale or price those properly! Please review our Micronesia flight information here and contact Aggressor Travel to book United flights to Palau.

Flights to Palau are also available on China Airlines and on Delta in partnership with Korean Air.

Due to the International Date Line, North Americans will need to begin travel on April 4 or sooner. Extra nights at local hotels are available - ask us for recommendations.

We disembark on Sunday, April 12, so relax at the Palau Cove Resort or kayak among the stunning Rock Islands for the day prior to early morning departure on April 13.

Residents of Europe will probably find it easiest to fly to Koror, Palau via Manila (MNL). Ask us for free flight assistance to find the best fares and connections.

Explore the wrecks of Truk Lagoon the week prior, March 28-April 4. See them before they are gone!
You'll find a sample flight schedule for the two trips back-to-back here.

E-mail us to reserve your space on these incredible scuba diving experiences.
