Dive with the Bears, Cubs, and Daddies on the Big Island of Hawaii this summer! Swim through lava tubes, explore underwater craters, and keep an eye out for mantas and spinner dolphins while you meet the many species of fish unique to Hawai'i and the ubiquitous turtles. Of course, we've also included the world-famous manta ray night dive in our package.

Summer is a great time to dive Hawai'i, with warm water and generally calm and flat conditions. The pleasant trade winds keep temperatures topside comfortable and you can watch outrigger canoes race on the bay in Kailua-Kona. Royal Kona Resort is walking distance to many good restaurants and shops along the Ali'i Drive waterfront.

With warm, clear water and little current, this vacation is a great choice for new divers. It's also ideal for divers who would like to visit Hawai'i with a non-diving partner or friend, and divers who enjoy other activities and island exploration in the afternoons.

We can arrange a stay on one of the other magical islands of Hawai'i or a weekend near the Kilauea volcano. Space on our private boat is limited, so e-mail us today to reserve your space.

Package includes:

• 7 nights in a partial ocean view room at Royal Kona Resort (double occupancy)
• Five days of diving, including four days of two-tank morning dives and one day afternoon dive followed by manta night dive
• Full American breakfast daily
• Daily transfer to Honokohau harbor and our private dive boat
• Welcome mixer and dinner with the other BCDs divers
• Farewell Lu'au

Airfare:
Many airlines fly to Hawai'i, some with non-stop service to Kailua-Kona (KOA). Contact us if you would like suggestions for good fares from your home. We'd like to extend a special welcome to our Australian friends who can enjoy non-stop service on Qantas to Honolulu (HNL). Kona is just a short jump from there.

You can arrive in Kona anytime on Saturday, August 10. Check in is at 3 pm. that afternoon. We'll enjoy cocktails and the sunset that evening at 6 pm. Diving begins on Sunday, August 11 and ends on Thursday August 15. You can schedule your departure for anytime on Saturday, August 17 or later. Consider renting a car and exploring Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park that weekend.

Remember: no flying, helicopter rides, or driving to elevation above 1000 feet until 24 hours after diving.

Deposit:
Deposit of $300 is due upon booking to hold space. Balance due 90 days prior to departure.
