Just a few months of the year, from mid-March through early June, conditions in the Philippines' Sulu Sea are reliable enough to dive the remote Tubbataha Reefs, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to some very exciting diving.
Attention: This is ADVANCED and sometimes strenuous diving! You should carry a minimum of Advanced Open Water certification and be comfortable diving from a tender in strong currents, with blue water safety stop with no visual reference.
We've chartered the Atlantis Azores (the former Truk Aggressor), a sturdy and proven vessel designed exclusively as a liveaboard with recently renovated interior. Our planned Tubbataha itinerary can be viewed here:

As always, sea conditions and the captain's judgment determine the final itinerary.
You can maximize your vacation and get back in the water a week early to make sure your diving skills are at their peak for this expedition by joining us at Atlantis Dumaguete the week prior, April 9-16.
Package includes:
- 7 nights aboard the Atlantis Azores in air-conditioned double occupancy staterooms with private bath
- Airport transfers between Puerto Princesa airport and the ship
- Meals and snacks
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- 4 or 5 dives daily, conditions permitting, and two dives on the last morning of diving
- Tanks, weights and weight belt
Not included: International airfare to Manila (see air info below), domestic flight and transfer between Manila and Puerto Princesa ($116; will be arranged for you by local staff), Marine Park fees of $79, equipment rental if needed, Nitrox if desired ($125), crew gratuity, trip insurance, and departure taxes (currently PhP 200 for domestic departures from Manila, PhP 30 from other domestic airports, and PhP 750 for international departures)
Air Connections:
Arrive in Manila (MNL) by early afternoon on April 16 or earlier to connect with the afternoon domestic departure for Puerto Princesa we will arrange for you. Divers coming from Dumaguete will be escorted on all domestic flights by the trip leader.
Please plan to depart from Manila no earlier than 3 p.m. on April 23.
