Divers who live in North America may not realize we don't have to travel to Australia or South Africa for the best encounters in the world with great white sharks in the clearest, warmest water. You only have to fly to San Diego!
From San Diego it's an easy transfer south of the border to Ensenada, where you board the Nautilus Belle Amie for the trip out to Guadalupe Island. Spend as much time in the water as you like, with three dives a day in the submersible cages and virtually unlimited diving in the surface cages. All diving is done on a hookah, so you never run out of air, and guests who are not scuba certified can observe from the surface cages if they like.
Visibility is almost always 100' to 120' and water temp around Labor Day will be around 72 F. You'll enjoy three full days of diving with the sharks as much as you want from 6:30 am to dusk, with plenty of divemaster assistance both in the water and on deck.
Back in Ensenada at the end of the trip, feel free to add on a couple of days here to explore this interesting area of Baja California, or extend your stay in beautiful San Diego.
This expedition is an LGBTQ+ group on a mixed boat, not a whole boat charter. There will be other guests on board.
Call us if you would like to discuss the scuba skills you'll need to experience this diving adventure of a lifetime!
